The Chief Officer of Culture and Sport has
approved the decision to waive Contract Procedure Rules 8.1 and 8.2
to award a contract to the existing supplier to deliver technical
support and development of the Leeds Inspired online platform
(website and API platform) from August 2014 to March
2017.
