The Acting Head of Transport Policy:
i) approved the detailed design and implementation of a scheme to
provide a zebra crossing on Tong Road, Armley as shown on the
attached drawing number TMW/12.1/1857/Z/HB at a total cost of
£27,000;
ii) gave authority to display a Notice on site under Section 23 of
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to inform the public of the
proposed zebra crossing; and
iii) gave authority to incur expenditure of £19,000 works
costs and £8,000 staff fees which will be funded from the LTP
Transport Policy Capital Programme.
