The Chief Officer approved the recommendation
to authorise the Head of Service (Learning Disability Community
Support) to take the preparatory step of creating and registering
the legal vehicle. This vehicle can then be used by the social
enterprise following, and contingent upon, approval of the
proposals for the transfer of the Learning Disability Community
Support Service by the Executive Board. Should Executive Board
approval not be given then the vehicle will not be used and will be
withdrawn.
