The Chief Asset Management and Regeneration
Officer has given approval to the recommendation that the annex
building and its immediate curtilage (as shown A on plan) and
Micklefield House and its immediate surrounds (as shown B)
including the area X be offered for sale on the open market by
informal tender as seperate lots seeking offers for their purchase.
Any offers received being the subject of a further
report.
