Following consideration of this matter by
Licensing Committee on 10th June 2014 (report attached) the Head of
Licensing and Registration approved the policy in respect of 3 year
driver licences for private hire and Hackney carriage drivers. It
is noted that the issue may be subject to review by Members in
future.
