The Chief Asset Management & Regeneration
Officer gave authority to spend £64,100 for the refurbishment
of Bellbrook car park and Bellbrook street barrier. This is a
sub-scheme under Harehills Town and District Centre 2 project. The
detailed design and justification is provided in the Design and
Cost report attached.
