The Chief Asset Management and Regeneration
Officer has given approval to declare land at Wakefield Road,
Oulton, surplus to the Council’s requirements and to approve
terms, as outlined in the confidential appendix of this report, for
its sale on a one to one basis to the adjoining
landowner.
