• authorised the designation of Headingley Neighbourhood Area
(as shown on Plan) pursuant to Section 61G and 61I of the Town and
Country Planning Act 1990
• authorised the designation of the Headingley Neighbourhood
Forum pursuant to Section 61F (5) of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
