The Director of Children’s Services approved the waiver of Contract Procedure Rule 9.1 & 9.2 and award a new framework contract to the 6 providers on the current framework for Families First lead practitioners until 31st May 2016 in the sum of £174,000 for an 8 month contract with a potential six month extension with a possible cost of £87,000.
