The Director of Environment and Housing approved the proposals set out in line with CPR 3.1.8 to procure a new contract for the renewal of drying room louver screens in high and low blocks through the external procurement process by utilising the Efficiency North Elemental Framework through Lot 38 (Minor Building works).
