The Director of Environment and Housing agreed to approve the waiver of Contract Procedure Rule 9.1 in order to terminate existing contracts and establish interim contracts with coterminous end dates of 31st March 2017 for current Housing Related Support providers (see Appendix 1). This will ensure continuity of provision during the course of the service review and outcome implementation. The maximum value of the contracts will not exceed £4,851,406.60 per annum.
