17/12/2014 - To utilise the second of two twelve month extension periods of the existing 3+1+1 year contract with Birmingham Institute for the Deaf (BID Services) in accordance with Contract Procedure Rules 21.1 and 21.2 from April 1st 2015 to March 31st 2016

The Interim Director of Adult Social Services approved the recommendation to extend the contract for BID utilising the second of two 12 month extensions starting from April 1st 2015 to 31st March 2016 in accordance with CPR 21.1 and 21.2.

The Commissioning Manager, Adult Social Care, will implement this decision directly after it has been taken, subject to the necessary clearance process being completed, by issuing the relevant contract extension documentation to the provider.
