The subject site comprises a redundant former
bus turnning circle with adjacent land. The Director of City
Development has approved that the land be declared surplus to the
Council's requirements and to sell it on a one to one basis to the
Gables Surgery Ltd on the terms outlined in the confidential
appendix attached to the report.
