The Director of Public Health approved waiver of Contract Procedure rules 9.1 and 9.2 to enter into a Contract with Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust without seeking competition for delivery of the Family Nurse Partnership (FNP) and Health Visitor Services (HV).
· The Family Nurse Partnership programme commencing 1st October 2015 to 31st March 2017 with an option to extend for two 12 month periods.
· The Leeds Health Visiting service as part of the integrated Early Start Service commencing 1st October 2015 to 31st March 2017 with an option to extend for two 12 month periods.
· Cost per annum : Health Visitor Service £9,142,000
