The Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation):
i) noted the contents of the report; and
ii) approved the application from Tapped, for a licence to operate
a street café on the highway at 51 Boar Lane, Leeds, LS1 5EL
,as shown on the attached numbered drawing 1512-00, to expire on
the 31 March 2015 and that future licences be renewed annually,
subject to satisfactory operation, and with approval from The Chief
Officer Highways and Transportation.
