The Chief Officer of Property and Contracts is requested, in accordance with Contract Procedure Rule 21.2 to consider the content of this report with a view to approving the proposal to implement a further 1 month contract extension from 1 January 2015 to 31 january 2015 to the existing Drainage, Repairs and Maintenance contract with Easaway Environmental (DRAINCARE) ref LCC21701
