a) The Deputy Chief Executive authorises the
injection of £166,120 into the 2014/15 capital programme
funded by departmental prudential borrowing.
b) The Chief Officer Culture & Sport approves the authority to
spend of £166,120 on the purchase of replacement RFID
equipment.
