The Deputy Director, Learning, Skills and
Universal Services agreed to waive Contract Procedure Rules 8.1 and
8.2 using the authority set out in CPR 1.3 and enter into a
contract with Frontline Data Ltd without seeking competition for
the fixed fee of £20,120 for an initial 12 month period. In
addition, the Deputy Director agreed an option to take up four
further 12 month periods at an annual cost of
£13,495.
