The Deputy Director, Learning, Skills and
Universal Services agreed to:
* waive contract procedure rule 8.1 and 8.2 to award a contract to
Chimp Management for the provision of the Psychological Skills
Mentors to deliver 4x one day workshops to headteachers. The
contractshall commence on the 27th January 2014 and expire on the
9th June 2015, with an option to extend for up to 12 months.
*waive contract procedure rule 3.1.15 to sign up to the terms and
conditions offered by Chimp Management Ltd. These will be reviewed
by the procurement unit before an arrangement is signed with Chimp
Management Ltd.
