25/02/2015 - Approval to award a contract to a Social Enterprise in the form of a staff led mutual to deliver the Learning Disability Community Support Service using the authority set out in Contract Procedure Rule (CPR) 1.3 to waive Contracts Procedure Rules 9.1

The Interim Director of Adult Social Services approves:
• The transfer of the Learning Disability Community Support Service to the Social Enterprise
• the use authority set out in Contract Procedure Rule (CPR) 1.3 to waive Contracts Procedure Rules 9.1 and 9.2 to enable award of the services contract for a 5 year period as set out in this report.
