Approval has been given to the variation of a
restrictive covenant on land owned by St Hilda’s Church, in
order to facilitate the sale of the land to St George’s Crypt
for the erection of 20-25 one person managed units, in accordance
with the terms outlined in the confidential appendix of this
report.
