The Director of City Development approved the
appropriation of the Council owned land to Highway purposes and the
release of the private rights of way the Council has over the
existing Manston Lane level crossing and the grant of new private
rights over the bridge over the railway when the construction of
Manstion Lane Link Road is completed.
