The Head of Engineering Services
i) noted the contents of this report;
ii) approved the proposals to introduce traffic signals at the
B6165 Selby Road/Chapel Street junction as shown on drawing number
TME/31/1/81/1a, at a total cost of £100,000;
iii) authorise the City Solicitor to advertise a draft Traffic
Regulation Order and if no valid objections are received, to make,
seal and implement the Order as advertised; and
iv) give authority to incur expenditure of £90,000 works
costs and £10,000 staff costs, to be funded from the WYCA
Local Transport Plan Bus Hotspot fund
