In accordance with CPR 3.1.8 and 3.1.10 the
Chief Officer Waste Management approved the selection of a
contractor from the YorBuild Framework, and the evaluation criteria
of 100% price, for the proposed construction of a redeveloped
Household Waste Sorting Site and Transfer Loading Station at
Kirkstall.
