Approval to waive contract procedure rules 8.1 and 8.2 and award one-off £15k contract to new local tv station Made in Leeds TV
Decision will allow advertising to test the effectiveness of the new channel in reaching residents with council messages, including traditional hard to reach audiences such as the elderly, disabled and those in more deprived areas of the city.
