The Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation):
i) noted the contents of the Design and Cost Report dated 06
November 2014 which injects funds into the capital programme and
gives authority to incur expenditure;
ii) authorised design and construction refurbishment works at
Station Gardens, Wetherby (funding previously approved); and
iii) Authorised the City Solicitor to make and advertise a Parking
Place Order along the access road and if no valid objections are
received to seal and implement the Order as advertised.
