In accordance with financial procedure rules 7.9 a report was submitted to the decision maker which detailed accounts recommended to be written off. The report contained a confidential appendix which has been identified as exempt because it contains information relating to the financial and business affairs of a number of individuals and organisations.
It was agreed to write off the debts in these cases.
