The Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation):
i) noted the contents of the report; and
ii) approve the application from The Brotherhood of Pursuits and
Pastimes, for a licence to operate a street café on the
highway at Unit 1, 54 New Briggate, Leeds, LS1 6NU, as shown on the
attached unnumbered drawing, to expire on the 31 March 2016 and
that future licences be renewed annually, subject to satisfactory
operation, and with approval from The Chief Officer Highways and
Transportation..
