The Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation):
i) noted the contents of the report; and
ii) approved the application from Bird & Beast, for a licence
to operate a street café on the highway at Central Road,
Leeds, LS1 6DX,as shown on the attached unnumbered drawing, to
expire on the 31 March 2016 and that future licences be renewed
annually, subject to satisfactory operation, and with approval from
The Chief Officer Highways and Transportation.
