To approve the call-off for the subject (above) which will allow Belle Isle TMO to procure the contract to install external wall insulation to 91 dwelling houses managed by Belle Isle TMO to the exclusive consortium provider under this framework agreement with the responsibility to offer similar high quality and good value energy efficiency improvements to private residents within the scheme boundary.
