The Chief Officer Waste Management is
recommended to note the contents of this report, approve the waiver
of CPR 9.1 and 9.2 – High value procurements and authorise
entering into a new 20 month contract with the existing provider of
paint collection and reuse service, Seagulls Reuse Ltd.
