the waiver of the following Contracts Procedure Rule(s):
Contracts Procedure Rules No 9.1 and 9.2 - High value
procurements
and award a contract to B11 to a maximum contract value of
£106,400. The contract shall commence on the 1st July 2015
sand expire on the 31st August 2016 with no further need to
extend.
