Construction of extension and internal remodelling works at Oakwood Primary Academy

 

 

23/07/2015 - Report for approval of the proposed extension and remodelling works to Oakwood Primary Academy through the Leeds 7 Schools PFI Programme

The Director of Children’s Services agreed to:

·  Authorise officers to provide approval to allow the works to proceed with the request for a proposed extension to Oakwood Primary Academy for the value of £271,850;

·  Give consent to the approval of the Supplement Agreement supporting these works; and

·  Note the officer responsible for implementation is the Programme Manager, Contracting & Strategic Investment.
