The Deputy Director of Children's Services
(Learning) agreed to:
* note the negotiations held with solicitirs acting on behalf of
the school, DfE and the Academy Trust;
* give authoirty for the Commercial Transfer Agreement to be
executed and completed to enable the Academy to open 1st August
2015.
