The Chief Information Officer is recommended
to approve the waiver of CPRs 8.1 and 8.2 and enter into a contract
and partnership with ODI Leeds to support and develop Open Data
solutions aimed at delivering a Platform for transparency and
accountability, efficiency and improved service delivery,
innovation and value creation.
