The Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation):
i) noted the contents of this report;
ii) approved, advertise and subject to no valid objections being
received, to introduce the proposed TRO, as shown on the attached
drawing numbered EP/S38/5685; and
iii) Instructed the City Solicitor to advertise a draft TRO as per
drawing EP/S38/5685 and if no valid objections are received, to
make, seal and implement the Order as advertised
