The Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation):
i) noted the contents of the report; and
ii) approved the application from BANGWOK for a licence to operate
a street café on the highway at Arch 1, Sovereign Place,
Leeds, LS1 4SP.,as shown on the attached unnumbered drawing, to
expire on the 31 March 2016 and that future licences be renewed
annually, subject to satisfactory operation.
