The Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation):
i) noted the contents of the report; and
ii) approved the application from THE WRENS HOTEL for a licence to
operate a street café on the highway at 61A NEW BRIGGATE,
Leeds, LS2 8JD, as shown on the attached named Pavement Plan, to
expire on the 31 March 2016 and that future licences be renewed
annually, subject to satisfactory operation, and with approval from
The Chief Officer Highways and Transportation.
