The Director of City Development declared West
Leeds Family Learning Centre
i) as surplus to the Council’s requirements approval has been
given to sell it on the open market with offers received to be
reported back
ii) in the event of there being sufficient interest to sell the
property by public auction and the reserve price to be agreed by
the Head of Land and Property in accordance with powers delegated
by the Director of City Development, prior to the auction.
