The Deputy Director, Learning, agreed
to:
* approve a new competitive tender exercise to set up a new
framework for 11-19 offsite learning providers, using the same
service specification and tender evaluation process that was used
for the framework agreements already established.
* approve the waiver of the following CPR's:
- CPR 3.1.15 - Requirement to use the Council's standard tender
documents; and
- CPR 15.2 - Tender evaluation - in order to evaluate tender
submissions on the basis of 20% for price and 80% for
quality.
