The Deputy Director, Learning agreed to:
• note the negotiations held with Solicitors acting on behalf
of the Bruntcliffe Trust, DfE and Gorse; and
• give authority for the Commercial Transfer Agreement to be
executed and completed to enable the Academy to open on 1st
September 2015.
