Following consideration of this matter by
Licensing Committee on 10th March 2015 (report attached) the Head
of Elections, Licensing and Registration approved the
recommendation that a policy be approved to publish criminal
convictions received as a result of taxi and private hire licensing
enforcement activity.
It is noted that the issue may be subject to review by Members in
future.
