The Deputy Director of Children's Services
agreed to note the provisional budget arrangements indicated within
the attached report. As indicated, provisional funding arrangements
for 15/16 will be as per 14/15 expenditure pending CSLT
consideration and determination in respect of the proposed
reductions in spend.
The Deputy Director also approved the waiver of contracts procedure
rules 8.1, 8.2, 9.1 and 9.2 as detailed in paragraphs 3.6 and 3.7
of the attached report.
