The Head of Asset Management has accepted to
list The Chemic Tavern,
9 Johnston Street, Woodhouse, Leeds, LS2 9AY on the List of Assets
of Community Value on the basis that the nomination satisfactorily
meets the criteria laid down in the Localism Act 2011.
