The Director of City Development has given
approval to enter into a site compound licence for the benefit of
the Leeds Flood Alleviation Scheme, a lease for an easement for the
re-routed Trans-Pennine Trail and an agreement for an easement with
DB Schenker for access across Council-owned land.
