The Director of Children's Services approved
the waiver of contracts procedure rule (CPR) 8 to purchase and
implement the Outcomes Star suite of tools without competition from
Triangle Consulting Social Enterprise Limited (TCSEL) to measure
outcomes for families as part of the Family Valued and Families
First programmes.
