To approve the creation of one large office by
combining 3 shop units at Heights Drive and implement the CTW by
moving the Wortley and Pudsey Housing Teams into the refurbished
space at a cost of £343k. This will make best use of assets
and save on the ongoing rental for the lease of Westfield
House.
