The Director of Adult Social Services approved
the recommendation to award a contract for the sum of
£148,414 to Oxford Computer Consultants (OCC) for a period of
two years with one additional option to extend for a further nine
month period. The contract sum including the available extension
will be £169,093.
The Head of Commissioning will be responsible for implementation
and the contract will be awarded to OCC by PPPU within 10 days
subject to approval of the recommendation.
