The Director of Environment and Housing agreed to approve the procurement of a new contract in line with the provisions of Contract Procedure Rule 3.1.8 for flooring materials.
This procurement exercise will look to establish a framework agreement for the provision of flooring materials. The anticipated annual value is £450,000 per annum. The total value of the agreement, inclusive of extensions, will be approximately £1,800.000
