The Deputy Director - Learning agreed
to:
* note the negotiations held with the Solicitors acting on behalf
of the Governing Body of Cockburn School and the Cockburn Multi
Academy Trust; and
* give authority for the Commercial Transfer Agreement to be
executed and completed to enable the Academy to open on 1st
February 2016.
